Literacy Night Celebrations

Miss Kathy is dressed for a Literacy Night Pajama Party at an area school, sponsored by the PTO. Students in the elementary school put their favorite PJ's on, rolled up their sleeping bag, and chomped on popcorn while Miss Kathy shared her favorite bedtime reads before shut-eye time. Parents attended the event and learned tips for making literacy a lifestyle in their homes, encouraging them as the primary teacher in their children's lives.
