Vineland's Baby Parade on Parade!

Miss Kathy was Mistress of Ceremonies at the 2009 Vineland Baby Parade in June. The theme was "Hollywood Babies" and a fair number of notables took to the parade route including Rocky Balboa, Marilyn Monroe, and this little doll - who took home four trophies - Little Miss Woodson as Shirly Temple.
