HOW IT ALL BEGAN . . . Working with Danny Vasquez, Music Director, Russ Sterger, Producer, and Anthony Ippolito, Technical Director, (left to right in the picture, left) my experience as a writer/director will have new vistas of production to explore with performances at the Calvary Chapel Playhouse, 930 N. Main Road in Vineland, New Jersey. Calvary Chapel has been the summer home for the last four years for the Pageant Wagon Old-fashioned Melodrama Summer Family Theatre.  Each year the Calvary Chapel production team enriched their technical and staging equipment helping to improve the production quality of our melodramas, including live transmission via the internet, and building a loyal following of family entertainment fans in the community.

Simultaneously, the Calvary Chapel Theatrical Choir grew a reputation in the community for its inspiring performances, utilizing sets, costumes, and technical elements to heighten the impact of their annual Christmas season performance event.  Their stunning performances of patriotic music has been a crowd pleaser at local events such as the Vineland Founder's Day and the annual City of Vineland Veteran's Memorial Salute on the steps of City Hall, as well as other city events.  The Christmas 2009 production of "A Baby Changes Everything" brought the writing and directing strengths of Miss Kathy and Pageant Wagon Productions together with the producing, musical, and technical elements of the Calvary Chapel team, and nothing short of awesome was the outcome! The time was right to create an avenue for the performing arts as a ministry arm of Calvary Chapel Vineland, with Miss Kathy as part of the team.      We are looking forward to many exciting theatrical adventures in our debut year, 2010.
