Merriest of Christmases and Happiest of Holidays to you all!

Pageant Wagon Productions has been enjoying a busy season of storytelling and creative programming for children of all ages - and a parade thrown in for fun!

Ed, Kathy and the Pageant Wagon Players donned various festive attire to represent the downtown Vineland summer festivals sponsored by the Vineland Downtown Improvement District/Main Street revitalization group. Riding on a five tiered float, PWP had a great time waving to the crowds lining the street on a parade-perfect November 29 evening. Then, back to the Ross Ranch for hot chocolate and pot-luck cookies - plus a little brainstorming about the 2009 Melodrama: "The Villian Vaudevillian OR Showstoppers at Starr's Emporium"! Playwriting begins in January and is expected to be chock full of comedy, music, and all things that make for family friendly live theatre entertainment - coming the first weekend in August 2009!

With December shows all aglow, featuring vintage displays of nostalgic toys from the early to mid-20th century and a sparkling 1950's era alumimum Christmas tree - and the heartwarming stories to go with it,plus Pirates at Christmas, Victorian Christmas, and dramatized readings from classic Christmas literature and poetry, Miss Kathy is working on new story programs for Winter 2009:

MEET SNOWBALL! Tale Spin Stories will welcome a new puppet friend to delight preschool youngsters in this happy little marionette. Talespinners will get to meet him for the first time as a surprise guest at their Christmas party, and enjoy his antics during various winter Tale Spin Story dates in January.
