Miss Kathy & Tale Spin Stories comes to your school, library, or community group with uniquely tailored storytelling performance programs featuring songs, stories, and play-a-longs.  In her signature vintage fashions, Miss Kathy brings the "Tale Spin Story Bin" full of props and accessories to help engaging stories leap off the pages of classic literature and the best of children's contemporary picture book fiction.  Youngsters help tell the stories when Miss Kathy employs interactive elements to draw the audience into the fun. 

A strong emphasis is placed on developing early literacy skills and quality character education.  

Each Session begins with the "Good Morning" song and everyone helps to "wake-up Toby" - that's Toby Talespinner, Miss Kathy's little storytelling mascot mouse (pictured right).  Toby loves a good story and sits "in his chair, just there" so he won't miss a single word!

Miss Kathy appears weekly in her own show at Center Court in Cumberland Mall, Vineland, New Jersey, every Tuesday at 10:30am, sponsored by the Cumberland Mall Kid's Club.  The hour long show is geared to the preschool set with parent/caregiver, and features Show & Tell and a weekly Snack Parade with musical instruments, where youngsters march to a different Kid's Club vendor in the mall for a special treat.  Soon, it's time to sing Toby back to bed, and bid a fond adieu.  Sticker time and "See you next week" close out the popular program.

Special Edition Tale Spin Stories are designed for on-site performances in preschools and elementary level schools throughout the lower seven counties of South Jersey.  Miss Kathy tailors each program to your specific theme or subject needs.  Story sessions are limited to 50 students per session, travel fees may apply.
