Miss Kathy's VPCS Drama Cats!

The Vineland Public Charter School opened its doors in Fall 2009 with an enthusiastic student body of kindergarten through second grade students, and a creative "outside-the-box" thinking administrative and teaching staff bringing the love of learning to youngsters through the foundation of the performing arts and creativity. I am very proud to be part of the professional enrichment team of artists bringing music, dance, drama, and art into the academic curriculum. I teach basic speaking and performance skills, storytelling, language, and communication skills, through the prism of inspiration and creative/critical thinking. We're called DRAMA CATS - and use a large white tiger as a mascot - a rare and unique creature with all the attributes of the dramatic:

Curious - we want to know things!

Creative - we like to play with artistic flair!

Clever - we figure out how to do and say things!
