Pageant Wagon Tutorial Writer's Club
Perfecting Your Power in the Written Word

Reading maketh a full man; conference a ready man; and writing an exact man.
Francis Bacon

Does your child struggle with composition skills and grammatical concepts?

Do you feel your child is not getting the personalized attention to writing disciplines in school that he or she needs?

Do you feel your child needs something extra to give them an edge in note taking, organization of thought, essay reports, and creative writing assignments?

Would you like to see your child blossom as a confident and creative communicator?

Perhaps a Pageant Wagon Tutorial Writer's Club membership is the path you should take in 2009!

Kathryn Ross is available for private tutoring sessions in traditional basic grammar and composition, note-taking, sentence diagramming, self-editing, explanatory, descriptive, persuasive, narrative, and poetic writing disciplines, penmanship, following directions, and reading aloud from classic literature to learn from the fruit of master writers.

As a Principal Approach teacher, Miss Kathy believes in traditional old-fashioned writing disciplines, incorporating both the Notebook Method and the 4 R's:  Research, Reasoning, Relating, and Recording.  Students would build a journal of their progress and learn how to apply the 4R's to various aspects of their academic life - beyond writing.

Classes are set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, by appointment, individual or group, at $25 per hour per student, at the Ross Ranch - the home of Pageant Wagon Productions in Vineland, New Jersey.   E-mail class assignment editing is available at $10 per assignment.

Call Miss Kathy at 856 205-9334 for more information to find out if the Pageant Wagon Tutorial Writer's Club is for you!

P.S.  Special inspiration field trips may be planned depending on the student body and their needs.  Should club membership grow, students may eventually participate in a Pageant Wagon sponsored "I Love to Write Day" event marking the official I Love to Write Day on November 15.   Click on the link to learn more about this grassroots national celebration of writing!
